The Company – AR Deconstruction & Demolition is a fast growing, multi award winning Company, part of the AR Group and we currently have a vacancy for a Demolition Operative who will report into Operations Management.

The Role
To carry out all demolition related activities on-site in a safe, timely and efficient manner. You must hold a CSCS card and had previous demolition experience, have an understanding of site health and safety and work well in a team.
Key responsibilities:
- carrying out demolition related tasks and activities.
- to ensure that work is always carried out in a safe and efficient manner, always complying with health & safety legislation and procedures.
- to adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
- to undertake appropriate training as and when required to promote personal development, and to ensure that training is renewed prior to expiration by informing your Site Manager and the Training Administrator.
- to carry out some basic machine operation may also be required but only if qualified to do so.
- to remain professional and polite at all times
- to promote and adhere to company values.
- to carry out any reasonable instruction/duty that is within your capability.
