Re-Processing Of Materials

AR Aggregates

AR is committed to minimising the impact that our activities have on the environment. From investment in cutting edge equipment to the development of energy-efficient management processes, we are committed to sustainability.

In turn, our sister company Aggrecycle, based in Leicester, works to minimise the environmental impact of the wider construction industry by diverting aggregates arising away from landfill and towards recycling processes.

Our urban quarry ensures aggregates are crushed, screened, reprocessed and graded for reuse in the industry for various applications including sub-bases and the filling of voids. We strive to ensure that all arisings after demolition are disposed safely and diverted away from landfill.

Careful pre-planning and the maximising of segregation of materials during the demolition process enables us to ensure that every possible element is recycled at a suitable facility. We can also offer crushing and screening on- site to help maximise potential. The investments we make in new technology allow us to provide high-quality, recycled aggregates which are then used for new construction projects throughout the UK.
