Methodology
AR Local provides services for smaller projects, local to you. Here in this project, we were able to complete the works within 5 days.
We planned the full methodology and timing of the removal of the offices, working closely with our client. We ensure the retention of an adjoining office during the demolition.
The sequence of works comprised:
- Site set up
- Soft strip of the internals of the offices, firstly removing all sanitary ware, then carpets before removal of the plasterboard and internal partitions.
- All services were confirmed isolated prior to the pipework and cabling being removed.
- The structure was carefully demolished and the foundations were removed, with waste being processed and segregated prior to it being placed in suitable containers and removed from site for recycling/disposal to a licensed waste disposal facility.
- Dust suppression was utilised as needed on site.
